Iconic Properties
Transformative Investments
Deploying permanent, scalable, long-term capital, Access Real Estate has built a diverse portfolio of iconic hotels, other commercial, and residential properties around the world.
The team makes concentrated and opportunistic investments in real estate and real estate operating companies using permanent and scalable capital. These differentiating features allow Access to flexibly invest across the capital structure, sectors, geography and asset type to create long-term value. We primarily focus on the following three strategies:
- Develop, build and own landmark properties in growth, in-fill locations that positively transform the landscape and where the size of investment and duration of business plan are challenging for traditional capital sources.
- Invest and collaborate with best-in-class operators to support the growth of operating platforms and scale our investments for the long haul to build enterprise value.
- Acquire mispriced, mismanaged, and underimproved properties at valuations below replacement cost that can be further enhanced through in-house asset management expertise.
