Annie Wickstrom

Annie oversees Access’ award-winning portfolio of hospitality and mixed-use real estate assets, including multiple projects under development.  In addition to optimization of the existing hotel portfolio, she conducts all new hotel acquisitions, for both equity and preferred equity investments.  Having joined Access in 2017, Annie brings deep experience in all facets of the industry, including operations for Fairmont Hotels in Chicago and San Francisco, transaction advisory services for Ernst and Young in Miami and New York, and lending and asset management for Ramsfield Real Estate, an investment manager for Cargill.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
