Peter Darrell

Peter Darrell joined Access Real Estate in 2020. Prior to Access, Peter was Vice President, Asset Management for Vanke US. As a key member of the investment team, Peter was the primary person responsible for the asset management of existing Vanke US investments and reviewing acquisition targets for feasibility overseeing a portfolio valued at about $7.5 billion. Prior to Vanke, Peter was the Associate Director of Investments at The RSP Companies, a boutique private equity real estate investment firm focused on New York multifamily investments.

Peter received his Bachelor's Degree from Rice University, and his MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and an Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy.
