Jacob Himmelrich

Jacob focuses on structuring, underwriting, and managing investments in real estate assets and business operations. Since joining Access in 2017, he has led and managed investments in residential, hospitality, office, life science, industrial, and mixed-use real estate. Prior to joining Access, Jacob spent 8 years at Centerbridge Partners, most notably as a Principal investing in a variety of debt and equity investments in the US and Europe. Jacob started his career at SL Green Realty Corp., a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics where he lettered for four years on the squash team and served as captain in his senior year.
