Barry Dinaburg

Since 2007, Barry Dinaburg is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining the on-boarding, ownership, funding and disposition structures for all investments made by the Blavatnik Family and the wider Access Industries worldwide affiliated group of companies (including most investments acquired by controlled portfolio companies). In addition, among other things, Barry’s responsible for all worldwide tax planning, worldwide cash flows, worldwide tax audits, the Blavatnik Family’s estate planning and after-lifetime documents, the Blavatnik Family Foundations’ 501(c)(3) status and all worldwide tax returns.

Before joining Access, Barry was a Tax partner in the NY office of Chadbourne & Parke LLP where he specialized in the creation of sophisticated trust and holding company structures for US and non-US high-net-worth individuals and on the tax aspects of private equity fund formation, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, debt restructurings and securities offerings.

Barry received a BS, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, a CPA while working for Arthur Andersen, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania and an LLM in Taxation from New York University.
