Alejandro Moreno
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Alejandro joined Access Industries in 2004 where, throughout the years, has led the company in a number of major US and international transactions and the supervision of complex multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Prior to joining Access Alejandro worked at Young & Rubicam, a global marketing and communications company, as Executive Vice President, M&A, and previously practiced law at the international law firms of Morrison & Foerster and Chadbourne Parke focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions.
Alejandro received law degrees from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires and New York University in New York.
