In 2006, Access acquired the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, the premier hotel property located on the Côte d’Azur, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

In 2015, Access selected Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to manage the hotel. This holding epitomizes Access’ long-term approach to investing: acquiring an under-performing property and investing in the physical plant and operations to drive performance and enhance asset value.
