Sunset Tower Hotel
In May 2017, Access partnered with developer Jeff Klein to buy a majority and controlling stake in Sunset Tower, the 81-room Art Deco hotel located on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. The hotel features two restaurants, a pool with sweeping views of Los Angeles, a 24-hour fitness center, a salon and spa. The Hollywood institution is a clubhouse for locals and home to the famed Tower Bar, a favorite of celebrities and influencers from around the globe.
The Sunset Tower acquisition highlights Access’ commitment to invest in real estate with a creative and personal approach, focused on leveraging relationships and enabling partnerships to grow. Access and Klein are currently planning a targeted renovation to further enhance the iconic hotel, including updates to the Terrace restaurant and bar, guestrooms, and public areas.
